The panel will review the common reasons for modifying an irrevocable trust and the best options available. This will include a discussion of Nonjudicial Settlement Agreements and Decanting. The panel will also discuss the advantages of the New Hampshire trust laws and the process for migrating a trust to New Hampshire.
