DESCRIPTION:\nPlease join us on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 at the Puritan Conference Center as Audra Moncur will present on Valuations - What You Need to Know and Things to Consider\n \n \n \nProudly Sponsored By:\n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nHave you ever wondered about business valuations - what all those numbers actually mean and how they got there?\n \nAudra Moncur, Partner at Wipfli LLP, will help you understand how to read a business valuation from the client's perspective.  She will discuss the things included in a valuation report, information needed to determine the value, and the methodology used to value a business.  She will also discuss the importance of adequate disclosure and the risk of not doing a valuation.\n \nAudra Moncur has worked in the area of business valuations since 2009 and leads Wipfli's valuation services group in Illinois. She works with clients and attorneys to provide business appraisal services for the purposes of litigation support, buying or selling businesses, divorce and estate planning or gifting.  Audra has extensive experience in preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts and businesses and also assists individuals with estate tax planning and filing of appropriate trust and estate tax returns.\n \nAudra attended Brigham Young University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting.  She is a mermber of the American Institute of CPAs, the Illinois CPA Society, the American Society of Appraisers and sits on the Board of the Rockford Local Development Corporation.\n \n \n
