We will discuss the differences between a pour-over Will and a standard Will. We will discuss the benefits of incorporating a revocable trust in an estate plan, and the most common types of revocable trusts, including joint revocable trusts. We will also review the differences between a New Hampshire Advance Directive and a Durable General Power of Attorney.\n \nQuestions will be encouraged.\n
