Artificial Intelligence Should Be Adopted Through Legally and Operationally Sound Strategies

Please join us on Wednesday, September 17th from 4:30-7:30 at LaBelle Winery in Amherst, NH where Attorney Cam Shiling will speak on Artificial Intelligence in the workplace.
Just like computers, email and the Internet, businesses can, will and must (to be competitive) embrace AI in their operations. While AI is sometimes analogized to the Wild West, a business’s adoption of it should be neither unplanned nor unstructured. Existing and emerging domestic and foreign AI laws, as well as applicable aspects of privacy and cybersecurity laws, create an emerging body of principles and rules for the use of AI by businesses. Likewise, lawyers, businesses and industry associations are creating a set of best-practices to implement AI. This presentation will address legally and operationally sound strategies for businesses to investigate, test and prototype, integrate, and capitalize on the power of AI.
