Please join us on Wednesday, January 21st at the Puritan Conference Center in Manchester as we host a panel discuss to discuss recent Tax Changes.  This panel will feature a Financial Planner, an Estate Planning Attorney and a CPA.

William Fleming is Vice President and Manager of Financial Planning at Cambridge Trust.  In this role, he utilizes his background as a Certified Financial Planner to bring security and prosperity to families and businesses through a thoughtful understanding of their needs and aspirations.  He began his career working at AXA Advisors and Fidelity Investments in New York, before joining People’s United Advisors in New Hampshire. He joined Cambridge Trust in 2021.

William earned his B.A. from Binghamton University in 2007, has been a CFP® since 2015, and a Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) since 2023.  He is also a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. 

Jennifer R. Rivett is a shareholder at Devine, Millimet & Branch, PA where she co-chairs the Trusts and Estates Group.  Jen earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University and her J.D. from Suffolk University of Law.  Jen has the pleasure of working with estate planning clients of all ages and stages of life.  Jen assists fiduciaries in properly carrying out their roles, navigating the trust administration process and/or the estate settlement process. She is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, and is a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council and the New Hampshire Bar Association Trust & Estate Section.  She frequently writes and speaks on estate planning and estate administration matters.

Kory Reynolds is a Principal at  Baker Newman Noyes having joined them in 2015 after several years at a regional firm. He works with his clients on tax planning and compliance with an emphasis on complex partnership and S-Corp considerations, including allocations, formation, sales, acquisitions, and basis adjustments.

Kory specializes in working with clients in the construction and real estate industries, including commercial and residential developers, investors, brokers, and property managers. Clients regularly turn to Kory for assistance with cost segregation studies, short-term rentals, fixed asset analysis, purchase price analysis, lease agreement analysis, and Buy – Rehab – Rent – Refinance – Repeat (BRRRR) strategies. He also helps clients identify opportunities for participation in energy incentives and other relevant tax incentives.

Additionally, Kory regularly works with professional service firms, including financial advisors, insurance attorneys, and consulting firms.
