Navigating International Estate Planning Issues

Please join us on Wednesday, May 20th from 4:30-8:00 at the Atlantic Grill in Rye as Attorney Ruth Matson will present on Navigating International Estate Planning Issues
As our world grows smaller, more of our estate planning clients have ties to other countries. Non-citizen spouses, foreign vacation homes and children who move abroad all raise international estate planning issues. The tax rules that apply in these scenarios can be surprising and contrary to a typical domestic plan. This program includes reviews of several common international situations, focusing on tax traps, planning opportunities, and takeaway tips to help protect your practice and your clients.
