Fundamentals of a Modern Estate Plan
This will be an interacttive presentation which will review the essential documents that estate planning lawyers prepare for clients, including Wills, Revocable Trusts and advance directives. We will discuss the differences between a pour-over Will and a standard Will. We will discuss the benefits of incorporating a revocable trust in an estate plan, and the most common types of revocable trusts, including joint revocable trusts. We will also review the differences between a New Hampshire Advance Directive and a Durable General Power of Attorney.
